Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 annually (BOE)

What You’ll Do in this Accounting Office Manager role:
  • Accounting & Finance:
    Manage banking, billing, AP/AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff.
  • Human Resources:
    Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies.
  • Additional: ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience of the Accounting-Office Manager
  • Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller.
  • Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
