Saint Mary Home part of Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a real impact while working alongside a supportive and caring team. Located in West Hartford, CT, we're currently offering full-time and part-time opportunities.

What to expect as a CNA at Saint Mary Home:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and dressing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

1. Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of CT.

2. Maintain C.P.R., First Aid Training, and Dementia Care training. OSHA MSDS safe chemical handling practices.
