• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.

• Keep company truck well‑maintained and organized and help manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for parts ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl as needed.
• Valid automatic transmission vehicle.

• Years of experience: 1–2 years.
