• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions to improve the home.
• Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphones for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) where you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
