Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Do you have a background refinishing tubs, countertops or cabinets? Do you have a background in commercial painting using HVLP sprayers? We are looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their craft and enjoy solving problems for their customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* In the field daily on 1 - 2+ jobsites

* Complete repairs and/or refinishing jobs for a variety of customers including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, and General Contractors.

* Display world-class customer service for residents, building owners/managers, and others

* Track and document work progress in our mobile apps

* Communicate with support team and peers regularly

* Understand and utilize our processes

* Problem-solve jobs with your creativity and skillset

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with your hands for 5+ years

* Experience working in construction, manufacturing, spray painting, airbrushing, or auto body work

* An ability to identify and recreate colors in paints/solvents

* Willingness to commit to learning new skills that may take months to master.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

* Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.

* Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
