We’re looking for a tax associate who wants a long-term career, not a burnout cycle.

• $60,000 to $100,000+, depending on experience

• EA or CPA license, or a master’s degree with CPA eligibility
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience in tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory work
• Comfort working directly with clients
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work
• Willingness to learn new tools and better ways of working
