Are you an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator ready to take the next step—leading projects from bid to closeout? This role reports daily to the Westford, MA office, Monday–Friday. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a quality-driven, team-oriented environment and is ready to take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from estimating and planning to execution and final inspection.

Note:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing in a dedicated Estimator role. Residential-only experience will not be considered.

• Estimate preparation:
  Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, site visits, and overhead costs.
• System expertise:
  Demonstrate knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions.
• Client interaction:
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Quality assurance:
  Ensure all estimates align with industry standards and best practices, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Safety compliance:
  Adhere to safety standards and reflect safe work practices in estimates.
• Market analysis:
  Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and advancements in roofing systems.
• Professional development:
  Engage in continuous learning and contribute innovative solutions to the team.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation with a track record of working with clients. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design, installation code compliance, warranty requirements, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with database estimating and Edge estimating software preferred.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills; ability to provide precise and competitive estimates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
  Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Motivated self-starter with professional appearance and clear communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Team-oriented mindset.

• Full-time, salaried position: $90-$130K (DOE)
