HR Service Delivery Partner

Join Glanbia as an HR Service Delivery Partner to provide first‑line HR support to the Eastern region of the US, Canada and Latin America.

Deliver employee relations, onboarding, data integrity and continuous improvement in a hybrid flex position from West Haven, CT or Sharonville, OH.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing support and guidance in line with company policies.
• Support the recruitment process as needed.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve HR triage requests within established timelines using approved tools and techniques.
• Facilitate orientations for Latin America, Canada and the Eastern US regions.
• Process and maintain employee information including requisitions, position changes and data audits.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support automation and technological advancements.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation programs for a positive onboarding experience.
• Administer the Leave of Absence (LOA) process at the local level, collaborating with managers and the PSO LOA Specialist.
• Guide the calibration process for hourly employees across assigned business areas.
• Deliver training, coaching and counseling to support HR program deployments with clear communication.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Experience in HR service delivery, employee relations, onboarding and process management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HR systems, data management and auditing.
• Ability to triage and resolve HR issues efficiently and in compliance.
• Strong continuous‑ improvement skills with a focus on delivering efficiencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees and leaders.
• Familiarity with local and global HR regulations, including LOA and employee relations.
• Spanish and/or French speaking preferred.

West Haven, CT or Sharonville, OH (hybrid flex position).

Annual salary $65,000 – $80,000 plus an annual bonus, subject to location, role and experience.
