This role MUST have LABOR RELATIONS experience negotiating contracts and addressing grievances.
The Director of Personnel and Labor Relations will lead human resources functions and manage labor relations strategies to support organizational goals. This full‑time on‑site position, based in West Haven, CT, includes responsibilities such as overseeing employee relations, developing personnel policies, negotiating labor agreements, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves facilitating training initiatives, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
As a leader in the organization, the individual will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and building strong employee‑employer relationships.
