- Analyze investment and portfolio data to identify trends, variances, and items requiring investigation.
- Reconcile financial records at the account and position level, researching discrepancies and coordinating corrections through resolution.
- Review private market, hedge fund, and other alternative investment documentation and accurately capture relevant information in internal systems.
- Partner with clients, internal teams, and external providers to investigate and resolve data or reporting issues.
- Support client implementations, including account configuration, data validation, user training, and ongoing operational support.
- Manage day-to-day client requests and proactively address service or data-related issues.
- Configure client environments, including accounts, investments, assets, classifications, and related system attributes.
- Assist with monitoring and administration of automated financial data feeds.
- Develop customized reports and analyses based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with technology and data providers on system issues, enhancements, and data quality matters.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Develop and improve procedures, documentation, controls, and quality-assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and proactively respond to evolving client and business needs.
