This role leads the fabrication team, develops quotes, answers inquiries, and works with architects and homeowners to ensure high-quality, on-time results.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in woodworking, CNC operations, and estimating, with strong budgeting and communication skills. On-site coordination and safety are essential for success.
