Quality Engineer

Financial Advantage runs lean, deploys often, and now needs a mid-level Quality Engineer who finds that combination exciting rather than terrifying. Come own your work at Financial Advantage: $80,000 - $127,000, a supportive team, and 3 years of Flask put to good use.

• Break large technology initiatives into React increments New Haven can actually deliver
• Re-architect the technology flow so Growth Mindset handles ten times New Haven's current load
• Stress-test Django systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Untangle the React dependency knots that have slowed New Haven releases for months
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org

• Practical Django skills sharpened in a remote setting
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple work streams
• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

The tinker-friendly team behind Financial Advantage chose New Haven on purpose, betting that great technology work doesn't need a coastal zip code. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

We start the conversation at $80,000 - $127,000 and end it with mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to grow without relocating from CT.

The remote seat is open right now, refreshed and ready for resumes.
