Are you a people-focused leader ready to take ownership of a multifamily community? We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community while creating an exceptional experience for residents and building a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance
  • Lead leasing activities, including apartment tours, application processing, resident screening, lease preparation, renewals, and move-in and move-out inspections
  • Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies designed to attract prospective residents and support resident retention
  • Ensure resident screening and leasing practices are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable fair housing requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident questions, concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and other resident account responsibilities
  • Coordinate with maintenance associates to ensure work orders, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-readies are completed efficiently
  • Manage property financial performance, including budgeting, expense tracking, invoice processing, and identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property records, reports, leasing documentation, and financial information
  • Monitor property performance and communicate results, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and business partners
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance associates to support individual and team success
What Makes You Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or a related field
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, associates, vendors, and leadership
  • Basic understanding of property management principles, leasing procedures, and resident relations
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and manage leasing and maintenance associates
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage property records, expenses, invoices, and other administrative responsibilities…
