Base pay range$67,000.00/yr - $/yr
Position SummaryThis position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understand the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and accounting team to determine project requirements and objectives
- Invite, schedule, and facilitate project meetings
- Request project status and updates from stakeholders and the accounting team to ensure deadlines are met
- Report project status, updates, concerns and solutions to accounting team and management
- Prioritize tasks for the team; effectively communicate updates to appropriate parties, and solicit assistance where needed
- Execute client ancillary support tasks and projects as directed by accounting team
- Manage checklists for asset purchases and sales (real estate, automobiles, equipment, etc.)
- Maintain up to date records of critical client information (identification, safe list, logins, etc.)
- Manage expiration list and initiate renewals (insurance, vehicle tags, identification documents, etc.)
- Assist with the completion of insurance claims and renewal applications, loan applications, fulfillment forms, etc.
- Coordinate with legal and track execution status of client contracts
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and Trusted Advisors
- Follow and maintain all communication on team phone as defined by company policy
- Manage emails and tasks for internal team
- Scan, file and other basic administration to support staff and managers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reliably commute to the Tri Star office
- 5+ years working in office/client service administration or management
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
