Position SummaryThe Creative Production Assistant role is a hands-on, multi-tasking, detail‑orientated role responsible for supporting the execution of all creative productions. This includes photoshoots, video shoots, content days, casting, prop sourcing, set coordination, and post‑production tasks. The Creative Production Assistant will also be cross‑functional across teams and support on marketing initiatives and events as needed. This role is for a problem‑solver with a passion for fashion, creativity, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Creative/Production teams in planning and executing all photo and video shoots (campaign and social).
- Assist with pre‑production tasks including shot lists, call sheets, schedules, and asset organization.
- Coordinate logistics such as sample tracking, location scouting, permits, transportation, insurance and equipment rentals.
- Source and organize props, sets, styling accessories, and creative materials.
- Assist on set with styling support, model coordination, set prep, wardrobe steaming, and general production needs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of samples/product, props, and creative supplies.
- Help manage content libraries, file naming conventions, and asset delivery after shoots.
- Communicate closely with vendors, freelancers, photographers, and creative partners while developing and managing a creative team database for all vendors & partners.
- Stay updated on production trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the Creative Director and Director of Content and Production as needed.
- Organize and attend model castings at LA showroom or in‑person at agencies to keep a robust roster of new and fresh talent for shoots.
- Help manage all creative expenses to ensure all projects remain on budget.
- Assist as needed across Marketing initiatives and events.
- 1–3 years of experience in creative production, fashion, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, on‑set environments.
- Basic understanding of photo/video production workflows.
- Knowledge of creative tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Passion for fashion, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move production equipment and samples as needed.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude and willingness to “jump in.”
