Intermediate Architectural Designer (Contract-to-Hire)

Are you a passionate and detail‑oriented architectural designer eager to work on high‑end modern residential projects
? Bowery Design Group is looking for a Intermediate Architectural Designer (3–5 years of experience) to join our dynamic team, contributing to exceptional custom homes in California and beyond
.

• Assist in the development of architectural documentation from Schematic Design to Construction
  .
• Develop 3D models, drawings, and presentations using Revit and Sketch Up
  .
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and team members to bring inspired design concepts to life.
• Prepare construction documents, renderings, presentations, and schedules with precision and creativity.
• Participate in design reviews
  , client meetings
  , and site visits
  .
• Conduct material research and contribute to innovative design solutions.
• Work alongside senior architects while taking ownership of key project components.

• 3–5 years of architectural experience
