Responsibilities- Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats and verifying entry for various seating levels during the event.
- Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and overall guest experience before, during, and after shows.
- Resolve guest complaints or problems and assist guests with special needs (e.g., seating accommodations).
- Verify tickets/passes for authenticity and assist in restricting access to authorized areas as needed.
- Participate in sustainability efforts (e.g., recycling) and help educate fans about conservation programs.
- Provide directions and assistance to exits or other locations as required, including emergency guidance.
- Assist in closing the venue with team members, such as collecting recyclables and securing equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs
Hiring information: $16.50 USD - $20.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
