Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Behavioral Health Works is seeking fun & energetic individuals who will provide evidence‑based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication skills, social skills, self‑help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.

Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works. • Provide in‑home and community‑based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Availability Monday to Friday between 3:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M., at least 6 hours per week
• Willingness to travel to and from client homes, personal reliable vehicle required
• Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Goal‑oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Fun and energetic personality, ability to keep up with active children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to collaborate with a team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus

• Minimum a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data and be tech‑savvy
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background clearance
• Provide proof of a negative TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and required immunizations to MMR/Varicella‑Zoster Virus during onboarding (which we will pay for)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Maintain active participation for the length of each session, engaging in play and keeping up with the child’s energy, which may include squatting, bending, and playing on the floor
• Bilingualism is a plus; higher pay rate offered to bilingual individuals

$21.00 – $28.00 per hour

Part‑time, 10–15 hours per week

• Minimum commitment of at least 6 hours of availability during core service hours at least 2 days per week.
• After‑school hours:
  Afternoons and evenings (3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.)
• Monday to Friday

• Experience or passion as a Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Education, Healthcare, Hospice Care, Interventionist, Social Services, Foster Care, Special Education, Social Work, Aide, Youth Program Coordinator, Behavior Specialist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool Teacher or Assistant, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Behavioral Health Technician, Direct Support Professional, Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher, After School Programs, or a related field.
• Working toward a degree in or completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
