Head of Influencer Relations & Founder

The Associate of Influencer Relations plays a key supporting role on the Influencer Team, assisting with day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Head of Influencer Relations and wider team to help source talent, coordinate logistics, track deliverables, and ensure campaign execution is seamless and aligned with client goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in influencer culture, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow within the fast-moving world of celebrity and influencer marketing.

• Support execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns, including outreach, gifting, and reporting
• Draft clear, on-brand content briefs with key messaging and deliverables
• Build and maintain curated influencer and celebrity target lists
• Manage outreach to influencers, agents, and managers for partnerships and events
• Track campaign deliverables, organize files, and assist with project documentation
• Help with product mailings, sourcing supplies, and coordinating shipment logistics and timelines
• Assist the Founder with administrative tasks and occasional in-person errands

• Are passionate about influencer culture, digital trends, and content creation
• Have a growing network within the influencer space or are excited to build one
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker
• Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to roll up your sleeves
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally
• Can handle direct feedback and are always looking to improve
• Are accessible for occasional after-hours or weekend needs (especially around events)
• Are proficient in tools like Google Slides, Outlook, Canva, Instagram, and Linked In
• Always able to find a solution and a ‘yes’

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Solid understanding of the influencer landscape and current social media trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have a car and ability to commute to West Hollywood and other LA locations
