We’re Growing! Come join our Meta Store Retail team in West Hollywood, CA as we bring Meta AI glasses and wearables along with Meta Quest mixed-reality products to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable & mixed reality technology. You will be the face of our client's brand while educating consumers and converting demos to new customer acquisitions.
Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and obsessed with world-class customer service.
You will be working 15-20 hours per week, night & weekend availability required. Regular store hours are 10am-7pm. Must have availability for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours.

- Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
- Conduct world‑class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
- Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
- Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
- Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
- Show up on time with a can‑do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.

Experience and
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry‑related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail‑oriented
- Must be extremely tech‑savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self‑motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time >
