Retail Key Holder, West Hollywood

Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Open the store early and close it late, assisting during high volume periods.
• Support new employees and ensure smooth store operations.
• Know in-house products to recommend to customers.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking, counting, and discrepancy identification.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills and preparing deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow age verification policies.
• Ensure pricing and quantities are correct and provide receipts.
• Process refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards across all areas.
• Train new employees on store procedures, products, and customer service.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or similar fields.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation varies by location based on market pricing and labor indices.
• West Hollywood, CA Salary Range: USD $20.40
