Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro‑active Sales Associate to join the team in Los Angeles, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience as part of our LA Flagship store team.

• Sales & Experience
  • Delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times while referencing checklists daily (cleanliness, smell, sound & appearance).
  • Ensure that the Brand Ethos is protected as well as spoken about on the sales floor.
  • Handle difficult customer interactions in a responsible, educated manner.
  • Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge.
  • Act as an Aime Leon Dore Brand Ambassador.
• Operations
  • Maintain the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met.
  • Successfully operate POS systems and transactions.
  • Support all areas of the store when necessary such as register, door host, back of house, etc.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Retail.
• A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A pro‑active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.
• Computer and till system literate.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible working hours.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
• Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.

Salary Range: $20.25 - $22.50 per hour
