Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience
- Drive sales by educating clients on diamond quality, jewelry collections, and product features
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and showcase arrangements
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs
- Handle special orders, repairs, and custom requests with attention to detail
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a commission or goal-driven environment
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand
- Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry is a plus
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
