** Who You Are:
*** Passionate about interior design, home furnishings, and helping customers create spaces they love.
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing design ideas to life.
* Experience in sales, retail, interior design, or home furnishings is preferred.
* Interior Design education or related design experience is a plus.  You don't do average—and neither do we.

** What You Can Expect:**
* ** Base Compensation Range:** $18 per hour
* ** Commission & Bonus:
** Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 2% on all sales. Monthly bonus opportunity of $500 based on your ability to meet specific individual sales goals
