Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, is seeking a Venue Security Manager to supervise and coordinate security operations at the Peppermint Club. The role involves managing entrance control, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations, conducting investigations, and supporting sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and recycling.

• Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to enforce all security policies and state, local, and federal regulations.
• Authorize and monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and guests to prevent theft and maintain premises security.
• Visually patrol the venue, taking corrective action as needed and providing guidance to staff.
• Investigate and resolve security complaints while interacting positively with guests.
• Maintain order among patrons, employees, and visitors and safeguard property.
• Prepare daily activity reports and document irregularities such as equipment damage, theft, and the presence of unauthorized persons.
• Recruit, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline security staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, including waste sorting, recycling collection, and fan education.
• Assist in closing the venue post‑show, including collection of recyclables and proper storage of event equipment.
• Organize staff meetings, communicate updates, and schedule assignments.
• Regularly review and recommend new operational policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar security management role.
• Valid Guard Card.
• Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to execute programs.
• Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, lift and carry 50 lbs. or more, and sit occasionally.

Hourly rate: $24.00 – $30.00 USD. Pay is based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
