Join our multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals in an intimate, collaborative learning environment as we strive to redefine how health and wellness is delivered.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program
- Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
- At least 3 years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning
- Masters Degree in Kinesiology-related field
- Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport
- Experience working with general population
- Experience training around pain and injury
- Execute up to 35 training sessions per week
- Utilize the True Coach programming platform
- Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members
- Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments
