Automotive Service Advisor

Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage service orders and ensure a smooth workflow within the Service Lane.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective service to all customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all inquiries, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring no customer is mishandled.
  • Maximize the daily utilization of technicians' time by ensuring it is consistently allocated to service customers.
  • Efficiently assign work to technicians based on skills and availability.
  • Address technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company expectations.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and manage the ordering of necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision for the service department team.
  • Encourage adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with factory representatives and promoting employee collaboration.
