• Keeping the facility in a sanitary, odorless and pleasant condition for residents/patients and staff.
• Sweep, damp mop and vacuum floors.
• Must be able to lift furniture, such as tables and chairs for special assignments.
• Receive and understand verbal and written assignments to carry out tasks successfully.
• Must be able to work in all areas of the facility.
• Pick up trash, diapers and soiled linen, deposit in the proper receptacles.
• Pick-up and prepare infectious waste for pick-up by outside company.
• Deliver packages and articles when required.
• Wash walls and windows inside and out.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing. Ability to operate floor care equipment.
• Follow proper line of communication according to chain of command and exercise good judgment when accomplishing tasks where resident/patient or employees may be involved.
• Ensure residents/patients' right to privacy.

USD $23.10 - $23.10 per hour.

• Must read and write comprehensive English.
• Elementary school level acceptable; high school equivalency preferred.
