- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams on Obstetric and gynecologic patients.
- Integrate diagnostic sonogram with patients’ history, medical records and laboratory results.
- Present and prepare preliminary ultrasound findings to attending physician for final report
- Present preliminary findings to physician for final report.
- Assist the physician with patient care.
- Collaboratively work with billing/ secretarial staff in regard to authorizations/charges.
- Provide float coverage at other practice sites as needed.
- Provide coverage vacation at other sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams on Obstetric and gynecologic patients.
- Integrate diagnostic sonogram with patients’ history, medical records and laboratory results.
- Present and prepare preliminary ultrasound findings to attending physician for final report

- Assist the physician with patient care.

- Provide coverage vacation at other sites as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
- Candidate must be ARDMS certified or ARDMS registry eligible. ARDMS eligible graduates from CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education) accredited program must be registered in OB/GYN within 12 months of employment.
- ARDMS credentials must be maintained yearly.
- OB/GYN experience for a minimum of one year.
- Fetal echo certification is highly preferred.
USD $55.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
