Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps children build meaningful skills and thrive.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team serving families across Long Island, NY.

Position Overview :

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency
  • Accurately collect and record session data, progress notes, and clinical documentation (within 24 hours) using the Rethink platform
  • Monitor and track client progress through data collection systems
  • Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision sessions
Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
