South Bay Cardiovascular Associates is currently looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our nationally ranked team of cardiac care professionals.

• The Advanced Practice Provider will assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in an outpatient cardiology practice setting
• Appropriate ordering of tests and medications
• Receiving, interpreting, and communicating internal and external testing results
• Coordinating admissions and/or transfers to other facilities
• Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary team in formulating an appropriate patient plan of care

• Cardiology and electrophysiology experience
• Must be able to work Saturday rotations as needed
• Proficiency in 12 Lead EKG testing
• Nuclear Stress Testing &/or Stress Testing experience
• Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program
• NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
• PA or NP Board Certification
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association

USD $89.25 - USD $85.00 /Hr.
