• Develop Service Business
• Work with the current customer base to grow services.
• Prospect new accounts by meetings that raise awareness for future opportunities.
• Review the current install base to strategize prospects.
• Strategize with future industrial projects (IIR)
• Engage the Sales Team to collaborate on opportunities.
• Vetting new and previous opportunities
• Follow up with large-scale open opportunities with email, phone call, or site visit
• Customer-facing visits are of high importance.
• Site walk-downs to establish full scope.
• Create a budget, quotes, and proposals for opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Establish opportunities on projects to support site commissioning and future calibration business.
• Focus calibration development on Life Science and Food & Beverage Industries
• Liaison Officer for Service Team execution, the Customer point of contact, and the Sales Team.
• Work closely with Service Coordination and Management to establish a strong pipeline.
• Requires a strong high-level understanding of service disciplines to properly articulate the offerings.
• Have strengths in Project Management of services.
• Focus support on large scale projects when won
• Focus support on solutions projects when won
• Involvement with service opportunities from conception to the maintenance cycle
• CRM (SF & Net Suite) administrative functions to manage reporting and accurate timelines for business.
• Require travel in the entire Rust Region for support.
• CA, CO, HI, , ND, NV, MT, UT, WY & Guam
• Strong emphasis on CA, UT, & CO
• Requires accessibility to a major airport.
