Lead with safety by modeling and enforcing best practices every time a hood drops.

What You’ll Teach WithMIG, TIG, and Stick weldersGTAW, SMAW, and Flux-Cored Arc systems

Robotic and Laser welding equipment

What You Bring High school diploma or GED5+ years of hands-on welding experience

Proficiency across MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored processes

Experience with oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, brazing, and soldering

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Patience and empathy—because every student learns at a different pace Compensation & Benefits $32–$36 per hour with opportunity for overtime
