We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to support end‑to‑end engineering, procurement, and tracking of network and infrastructure equipment across multiple project types. You will partner closely with engineering, project management, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure accurate equipment forecasting, ordering, logistics, and lifecycle management.

• Provide engineering and design support for all equipment across a variety of project types
• Coordinate equipment order logistics and work closely with the equipment engineering team
• Create and manage Material Requests for all required components
• Forecast equipment needs based on project schedules and start dates
• Maintain accurate tracking for all equipment from order through acceptance
  
  Monitor equipment‑related expenditures and ensure spending aligns with budget expectations
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payment
• Lead equipment procurement and optimization activities
• Oversee the receipt, acceptance, and verification of equipment deliveries
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills

• Equipment Engineering & Procurement (5–7 years): Experience supporting engineering teams with equipment design, ordering, and logistics
• Project Management (5+ years): Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional coordination
• Material & Inventory Tracking (5+ years): Hands‑on experience managing and tracking equipment, orders, and financial components

• Knowledge of network equipment lifecycle management
• Experience working with procurement or asset management systems
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Familiarity with equipment optimization strategies
