Occupational Therapist – Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley

As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. In this position you will utilize the rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Personal accountability for the organizational mission and core values is expected.

• Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
• Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Master's degree preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
• Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months required

Medium Work – Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.
