We are immediately hiring full-time and part-time Autism Aides for our residential homes in Sandy, West Jordan, and Layton.
No Experience Required!!

As an Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional (DSP)/in-home caregiver), you will help our adult male and female clients achieve their personal goals and have fun while doing so. The people we support love to do fun activities like listening to music, going to the arcade, thrift store shopping, and going for walks.

You will help the people we support with daily activities including chores, cooking, medication personal hygiene. All the training you need is on-site and paid.

We are looking to hire individuals willing to work full-time or part-time. Most shifts are during the afternoon to evening, starting around 2:00PM and getting off between 8:00PM – 10:00PM.
As we operate 24/7, all openings currently require weekend availability.

• $16 per hour

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
• Be outgoing, friendly, and have a positive attitude
• A desire to help individuals with Autism and special needs
• Can multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
