Travel Respiratory Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for an acute care hospital position requiring CRT certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Active State or Compact (NLC) license required if applicable
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS (AHA), CRT (NBRC), NRP, PALS
• Pending licenses or certifications not accepted
• Driver's license copy required for consideration

• Acute care setting within the Respiratory Therapy department
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 12-hour day shifts from 6a-6p
• Every other weekend rotation
• 36 hours per week
• Must be in-state for orientation week, even if initial modules are completed remotely
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates previously employed directly (full time, part time, or PRN) by any Common Spirit-associated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year are not eligible; prior PRN employment through outside firms will be considered
• Requires two professional references: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
