Mountain Land Physical Therapy, a partner company of Registered Physical Therapists, is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a Balanced Caseload
    - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
  • Autonomy in Treatment

Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you'll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you've gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide Specialized Pelvic Health Care
    - Work alongside a pelvic health Physical Therapist to help patients improve pelvic floor function, strength, mobility, and quality of life through individualized therapeutic exercises, patient education, and hands-on treatment within your scope of practice.
Why You Should Work Here:
  • Less Time Documenting
    - Our AI-driven platform reduces documentation time by up to 40%, so you can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.
  • Flexibility with Professional Development:
At Mountain Land, there's minimal red tape when it comes to choosing your continuing education and advanced training. We support your goals and give you the freedom to pursue the learning opportunities that matter most to you.

  • A passion for pelvic floor therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
