Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
Join Epic as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney in our Madison, WI campus. This role requires relocation to Madison, with full reimbursement and assistance.
You will manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. Responsibilities include handling multi‑million dollar disputes, reducing risk through proactive counseling, representing Epic in high‑stakes proceedings, and building relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Experience with risk‑mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Strong academic and professional background in litigation.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
