Heritage Maintenance is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team! This is a part-time position with additional hours available from time to time. The job involves cleaning and maintaining multiple commercial and residential properties in Provo and West Jordan, Utah
.

Applicants must have a reliable vehicle and at least one year of residential or commercial cleaning experience.

• Clean and maintain multiple assigned locations.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Clean and maintain shared spaces and equipment as needed.
• Restock supplies when necessary.
• Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and quality standards.

• At least one year of residential or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation to travel between multiple job locations in Provo and West Jordan.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering quality work.
