Lead Cleaner to support Facilities & Maintenance operations within Facility Services. Coordinates and oversees daily cleaning activities by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards, safety procedures, and client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Train, guide, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
- Inspect work areas to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Operate floor care and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Respond to special cleaning requests and adjust cleaning priorities as needed
- Maintain safe, clean, and efficient environments across diverse facilities
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment use, and quality inspection
- Ability to coordinate work, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
