We’re expanding our squad of Technical Consultants to take on installation projects across North America and beyond. Your primary objective is to oversee the build of our modular structures for clients worldwide.
Key Objectives (Job Duties)- Travel up to 80% of the time; all expenses covered, plus daily per diem.
- Lead structure installations from start to finish.
- When you’re not on the road, collaborate with our R&D and production crews to improve builds and processes.
- Advance with in‑house training and earn certifications such as First Aid, OSHA, WHMIS, CSTS, and more.
- Comfortable with tools and imperial measurements.
- Quality control and documentation skills (project tracking).
- Problem‑solving and quick thinking.
- Independence—serve as the primary on‑site lead after training.
- Strong decision‑making and troubleshooting abilities.
- Curiosity for innovation—always ready to explore new builds and better methods.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication.
- Patience and resilience when challenges arise.
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth.
- 3 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
