• Perform hands-on composite fabrication and assembly tasks for aerospace components, using defined specifications and production procedures.
• Lay up, fabricate, and assemble composite structures.
• Conduct composite bagging and forming processes.
• Perform drilling, bonding, and precise composite finishing operations.
• Prepare tools, molds, and materials for fabrication tasks.
• Set up and operate composite fabrication machinery.
• Operate overhead cranes to maneuver large parts and tooling.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience with composite fabrication (lay-up, forming, bonding).
• Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery
  .
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.
• Experience with overhead crane operations preferred.
