Industrial Maintenance Technician

Full‑time position at a growing U.S. food manufacturing organization. The role supports equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and ensures safe, efficient production operations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Rebuild drive systems, conveyors, clutches, and brakes
• Perform welding, cutting, soldering, and basic metal fabrication
• Inspect components, identify wear, and resolve equipment issues
• Use SAP/CMMS for work orders, parts tracking, and documentation
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Support multiple production areas as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical, welding, or automotive repair preferred
• Technical/trade school training a plus
• $31.83 per hour
