Kilgore Companies, a Quikrete Materials company, is looking for a Loader Operator at our Asphalt Plant in West Jordan, Utah. The role primarily involves operating a front‑end loader while collaborating with underground utility crews, managing truck deliveries, and providing parts and materials to the crew.

• Operate heavy, motorized earth‑moving equipment efficiently and precisely.
• Train employees on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Work independently in the absence of a supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems.
• Report safety or mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain an equipment inspection log and complete inspections before each use.
• Fuel equipment at the end of each shift.
• Always maintain control of the equipment; avoid idling.
• Keep the cab clean and well‑maintained.
• Observe site conditions and report observations.

• Working knowledge of grades and blueprints.
• Knowledge of storm drain, fused pipe, and various pipeline construction and maintenance techniques.
• 3+ years of operator experience.
