• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• When assigned to SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR, scales ingredients, loads, operates, and unloads mixer(s), operates dough pump, checks posted scaling weights and equipment standards, adjusts one-pocket and six-pocket dividers, adjusts rounder, adjusts overhead proofer, performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and preventive maintenance, ensures work area is clean and organized, performs other duties as directed by supervision, and ensures compliance with company policies.
• When assigned to WRAPPING OPERATOR, verifies product running order, checks pan count sheet and wrap count sheet, sets and operates slicer, bagger, and tier equipment, performs quality control inspection of finished product, ensures product is loaded correctly, performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and preventive maintenance, maintains work area cleanliness, performs other duties as directed by supervision, and ensures compliance with company policies.
• When assigned to PALLETIZER, verifies product running order, checks proper program, checks pallets and slip sheets, performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and preventive maintenance, maintains work area cleanliness, performs other duties as directed by supervision, and ensures compliance with company policies.
• Similar responsibilities apply when assignment is ROLL LINE OPERATOR, BOARD MONITOR, RETARD BOX MONITOR.
• All employees are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of every function and all products.

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Two years related bakery or production experience
