Position Responsibilities- Performs composite lay‑up, fabrication and assembly tasks
- Composite drilling and bonding
- Tooling preparation
- Machine set up and operation
- Overhead crane operation
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience with composite lay‑up
- 1+ years of experience in composite fabrication processes
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
- Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5‑S tools)
- Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
- Experience with Contoured Tape Layup Machine
- Experience with Radius Filler operations
- Experience with AFGM processes
- Experience with Quality operations
