Position Responsibilities

• Performs composite lay‑up, fabrication and assembly tasks
• Composite drilling and bonding
• Tooling preparation
• Machine set up and operation
• Overhead crane operation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience with composite lay‑up
• 1+ years of experience in composite fabrication processes
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5‑S tools)
• Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
• Experience with Contoured Tape Layup Machine
• Experience with Radius Filler operations
• Experience with AFGM processes
• Experience with Quality operations

Summary Pay Range
