About the Role
Clear Title is a growing, relationship-driven title company seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, increasing brand visibility, and playing a key role in business growth. We are open to part‑time or full‑time candidates and offer flexibility for the right fit.
What You’ll Do- Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners
- Represent Clear Title at networking events, open houses, and industry functions
- Attend marketing and networking events that may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market presence
- Assist with social media content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate client appreciation events, sponsor ships, and community outreach
- Track and evaluate marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing processes and strategies
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (real estate or title industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and growth
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
- Professional, personable, and confident representing the Clear Title brand
