• Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners
• Represent us at networking events, open houses, and industry functions
• Attend marketing and networking events that may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market presence
• Assist with social media content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate client appreciation events, sponsor ships, and community outreach
• Track and evaluate marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing processes and strategies

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (real estate or title industry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
