• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote the optimal health, well‑being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values.

PRN, 12 hour night shift,

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Nursing Diploma or endorsement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs.

• One year of experience preferred.
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.

• RN License required;
  Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

• Medium Work – Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.

• The Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley has 28 beds and sees approximately 60-80 patients per day. We are a Level III trauma, stroke, and STEMI receiving center and we have the capability to perform thrombectomies in collaboration with our Cath lab. We care for patients of all ages, from infant to elderly, with all types of injuries and complaints.
